Why is our warranty the Strongest in the industry?

 
A.  All of our parts come with a full warranty, ranging from 1-3 years.  Our warranty is the strongest in the business because we will pay to ship you a replacement and pay for the return if there is a problem.  We can do this because we have been in business over 20 years and know you won't have to use this warranty.
 
B. Do not be fooled by gimmick warranties.  Many companies offer long warranties or other gimmicks, but the warranties are weak.  Ask if they will replace the part right away (not make you send it back first) and pay for shipping both ways.  They will not.  Why?  Because they couldn't afford it, too many problems.  Don't waste your money on cheap parts.
 
Steering parts will typically fail in the first 30 days or not at all.  If you want a lifetime warranty, just ask, it runs $30, but its a waste of your money.  Our standard warranty is everything you need.  We work hard to provide you with the best value. 
 
D Ask who handles the warranty claim? We make, sell and warranty the parts, so you can deal with the same person.  Same phone for all services.  Many others don't warranty the parts and will send you to a manufacture who won't help you.  Good luck with that. 
 
E. Unfortunately there is no regulation on remaufacturing.  You can clean off a rack and call it remanufactured.  It unfortunate, but its the truth.  They will offer you the extended warranty but it is not cheaper if you have to replace it three times to get one that works.
 
Check the competition, they will not send you a replacement until you send theirs back and the car is down for a week. We think that reflects the poor quality of their parts.

If you believe you have a defective or wrong part, please Contact Us, subject 'Warranty Issue' so that we may get you out a replacement. It is our policy to replace ALL defective or wrong parts. Returning defective or wrong parts WILL BE treated as a standard return and subject to a reboxing fee. No exceptions.

We apologize for this policy but it helps ensure fast resolution to warranty issues.
